This study includes findings of the initial evaluation of the Colorado Springs Domestic Violence Enhanced Response Team. The research study presents findings regarding both victims and perpetrators who have participated in the DVERT program. In addition, the study presents findings from a comparison of sentencing of offenders within the DVERT caseload and offenders from the District Attorney’s domestic violence cases.
