Thank you for your interest in duplicating and adapting the DVERT “Safety Champions” coloring book for your community. DVERT understands the importance of this coloring book, and allows communities to utilize our coloring book as needed.
In replicating and adapting this book, we request communities to follow several guidelines. Agencies are requested to leave the DVERT Acknowledgements listed on page one of the coloring book in all duplications. This includes the paragraphs citing funding for the book, origins of the designs, and copyright. We would also request that you include a statement that addresses that you have duplicated the coloring book with permission from DVERT.
Communities are encouraged to adapt this coloring book to their needs. This might include changing emergency phone numbers or the logo listed throughout the book.
In addition, we like to report to our funders the continued, far-reaching impact of this coloring book. We would ask that individuals send or fax a letter explaining how the coloring books will be used. Our fax number is 719-444-7815.
